OUR MISSION
Sovereign Roots empowers military Veterans through holistic healing programs and purposeful integration. We utilize nature, heritage, and evidence-based modalities to strengthen the Veteran community and harmonize identity with life after service.

The Programs
Retreat
Over the course of 4.5 days at Sovereign Roots Retreat, each day is a progression through a structured experience. Utilizing physiological regulation drills, movement-based training, and skill-building sessions, the program is designed to develop autonomic balance and discharge stored tension. You will leave with a customized toolkit of practices, backed by continuous support from your cohort.
Rally Point
This is a Veteran-led community dedicated to fostering camaraderie, resilience, and purpose beyond service. Through firelit gatherings, shared experiences, and volunteer projects, we build a tribe where no one fights alone. It is a space designed to help you reconnect, relax by a fire, and navigate life’s transitions alongside peers who understand the terrain. Reclaim your sense of mission, together.
Fieldcraft
These hands-on workshops focus on specific skill-building practices, from creative arts and crafting to equine work and mindfulness. The goal is to empower veterans with tangible skillsets that enhance their lives, using creative outlets and physical engagement to foster focus, flexibility, and confidence in new capabilities.
Overwatch
Overwatch is an outdoor adventure program rooted in presence and camaraderie. Through guided wilderness experiences ranging from casual hikes to high-adrenaline challenges, we turn movement and shared effort into Kinetic Decompression. These adventures provide a space for reflection and reconnection, utilizing the land and the group to support a Tactical Reset of your internal alarm system.

The Phases

ROOTS
(April-May)
Foundation & Grounding
Every phase of Sovereign Roots, from the resilience of the Trunk to the community of the Branches, depends on the stability of your Roots. This is where you reclaim the strength and autonomy that fuels the entire year.
TRUNK
(June-July)
Strength & Resilience
The resilience developed here is the direct result of the stability found in your Roots. The Trunk provides the upright strength needed to support the Branches and ensures that your reach into the world is backed by a solid, regulated core.
BRANCHES
(August-September)
Community & Outreach
You can only reach as far as your Trunk can support. These branches are the visible extension of your progress; they provide the connection points for the community and the framework for the eventual Harvest.
HARVEST
(October)
Synthesis & Integration
The Harvest is not an accident; it is the inevitable outcome of healthy Roots, a sturdy Trunk, and wide-reaching Branches. It proves that by starting with the physical baseline, you have built a life that is once again under your own command.

Testimonials

"I enjoyed meeting other Veterans and their significant others. I think these kind of connections are great for this area where there is not a lot of people who live here who understand and have experienced time in and around the military."
S. Bach

"Rally point is unlike most, essentially any of the vet groups or organizations that I support and/or participate in. Includes the Delta American Legion, Freedom Riders, and ReVamp."
B. Willits

"Rally Point has been such a grateful journey through shared service, nostalgia, and an emotional rollercoaster. The environment is peaceful, perfect for helping the conversation along. The folks that come are just as diverse as a hodgepodge platoon, and I love it! Thanks to the veterans and their families that keep showing up. It’s been an honor to listen and speak with you."
