Our Programs
At Sovereign Roots, we provide a veteran‑led, non‑clinical space rooted in the land, designed to reconnect you with the grit, humor, and shared identity that defined our time in uniform. We bypass traditional clinical settings to focus on actionable growth through our "Tree of Life" model, tracking a progression from grounding Roots to purposeful Harvest. Whether you seek high-impact immersion or a low-pressure seat by the fire, our programs offer transferable tools to directly address critical areas like PTSD, Moral Injury, identity reclamation, and citizen integration. Join the tribe, whether looking to regain your internal balance and move forward, or to find camaraderie alongside veterans just like you.
Retreat
This is our flagship 4.5-day overnight immersion. It is a deep-dive into the Tree of Life model, combining physical movement, tactical breathing, and structured debriefs. This is for the veteran ready to do the heavy lifting; re-tooling the nervous system and building a foundation for long-term resilience alongside a small, tight-knit team.
Fieldcraft
Tactical Skill-Building. These are short, focused, hands-on workshops designed to provide practical tools for life outside the wire. From somatic regulation drills, framed as training for your nervous system, to tangible agricultural or technical skills, Fieldcraft is about increasing your capacity to handle high-stress environments and restoring a sense of autonomy.
Rally Point
The Monthly Fire Series. No rank, no pressure, and no awkward icebreakers. Rally Point is a veteran-only fire series designed for the kind of "life debrief" conversations you can’t have over coffee. We follow a seven-month cycle (April–October) that tracks with the seasons of growth and the realities of service.

Overwatch
Built on the Trunk & Branches phase of our model, Overwatch Adventures focuses on community through action. These are outdoor-focused, creative, or teamwork-based experiences. From range days to backcountry excursions, it’s about movement, situational awareness, and the camaraderie built through shared physical challenges.
